WHO ARE WE?
Ladies Touch Events & Travel is a proudly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ women-owned company. Since 2006, we’ve curated vibrant events, and in 2016 we expanded to global group travel—bringing our signature flair, warmth, and community to beautiful destinations around the world. Whether you’re celebrating something big or simply craving connection, our trips are crafted with heart, intention, and that signature Ladies Touch.
WHO CAN JOIN YOUR TRIPS?
Our trips are created for LGBTQ+ women, with a special focus on celebrating and centering women of color—including African American, Latina, Asian, Indian, Pacific Islander, and multiracial travelers. We also warmly welcome women-identifying allies who align with our mission of inclusivity, connection, and joy. Our goal is to cultivate safe, affirming spaces where every woman feels seen, celebrated, and free to be her full self.

WHAT KIND OF TRIPS DO YOU OFFER?
WHAT’S THE TYPICAL AGE RANGE?
Most of our travelers fall within the 35–50 age range, depending on the trip. But what truly unites us is a love of travel, culture, and community—not just age.
HOW BIG ARE THE GROUP TRIPS?
We curate trips of all sizes depending on the destination and energy:
Intimate Groups
(15–25 travelers) for deeper connections and immersive experiences.
Larger Events
(up to 100 travelers) for festivals, cruises, and celebratory escapes.
Whether it’s 15 or 100, the vibe is always intentional, inclusive, and well-hosted.
DO YOU OFFER PLANS?
Yes! We believe in making travel accessible and stress-free, which is why we offer monthly payment plans.
Book early and you’ll lock in lower monthly payments—around $240/month for double occupancy and $275/month for single occupancy.
The closer to the trip you book, the higher the monthly payments will be.
